User interviews, workshops and tests

Developing a product that is not only fun to use but also serves real user needs requires regular interaction with current and potential users. Take part in our user tests, such as usability tests, workshops and interviews, to share with us your lived experience and expertise! The focus of these sessions is always different. Here are some topics we want to work on together with you:

• Testing the app. How do you find your way around, what should we adapt or add?

• Deep dives. We discuss with you a specific topic, such as volunteer onboarding, and explore together what we need to pay attention to in order to deliver a great product.
